📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all digital marketing regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising.
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
