Macquarie Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Trade Surveillance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and surveillance of trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets compliance and a proven track record of managing complex surveillance programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of trade surveillance programs to detect and prevent market abuse and regulatory violations.,Lead a team of surveillance analysts and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively monitor trading activities.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of surveillance processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address surveillance findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the effectiveness of surveillance programs.,Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.,Participate in risk management activities and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.,Represent Macquarie Group at industry conferences and forums to share knowledge and insights on trade surveillance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial markets compliance, with a focus on trade surveillance.,Proven experience in managing and leading surveillance teams.,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including MiFID II, EMIR, and local Indonesian regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environment is a plus.
