MSpectrum Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in ensuring that our banking and financial services operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and financial services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.,Monitor and assess compliance risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these risks.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of compliance processes and procedures.,Provide guidance and advice to the management and staff on compliance matters.,Ensure that all financial transactions and operations are conducted in accordance with compliance requirements.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reports.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure that the organization is fully compliant.,Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field in the banking and financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and international standards such as Basel III, IFRS, and COSO.,Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
