📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Maintain a clean and attractive dining environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,A passion for food and service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
