Data Easy Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions that align with business objectives.,Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning activities.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
