• Developing accurate and detailed patterns using industry-standard software like Gerber Accumark and Lectra Modaris.
• Calculating material usage and ensuring optimal efficiency in production processes.
• Collaborating with designers, cutters, and other production teams to ensure seamless integration of patterns into the manufacturing workflow.
• Conducting pattern grading and alteration to accommodate different sizes and styles.
• Ensuring patterns meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing technical support and training to junior staff on pattern-making techniques and software.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve pattern-making processes.
• Contributing to the development of new patterns and designs to support product innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pattern-making, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Proficient in using pattern-making software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with garment measurement and sizing systems.
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric properties.
