📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of technical writers to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.
  • Ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and feedback.
  • Setting standards and best practices for technical writing within the team.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of junior technical writers.
  • Participating in product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
