Hokian Jaya Health Center is looking for a Lead Site Engineer to oversee and manage our site engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic organization in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of site engineering projects from planning to completion.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is completed according to specifications.,Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues that arise.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in site engineering.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
