📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
