Assisting the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.,Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Assisting with inventory management and stock control.,Supporting the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Assisting with the training and development of store staff.,Conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
