📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure employees are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Assess employees' skills and provide feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet the company's objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that training programs align with the company's operational needs.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new employees to ensure they are proficient in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment training or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully training and developing employees in the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment models such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Familiarity with industry-leading software such as CAT Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
• Certifications in heavy equipment operation and maintenance are a plus.
