Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and motivate the company's workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Experience in managing and leading a diverse workforce.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
