Asia Transport is looking for a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Singkawang. This role is crucial in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiations,Support the procurement process from vendor selection to contract finalization,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices,Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports,Support the Procurement Manager in any additional tasks as required,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
