📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve departmental goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our department's work aligns with the company's overall objectives.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Identify and address any operational or administrative issues that may arise, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our department's performance.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or field.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and a deep understanding of the industry.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.,Familiarity with HR best practices and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
