📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community programs that address local needs and foster social cohesion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers.
• Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities to engage and empower local residents.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute impactful initiatives that align with our mission and values.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs, collecting and analyzing data to inform future strategies.
• Represent Glyph Community Limited at community events and meetings, promoting our organization and its goals.
• Stay informed about community issues and trends, and propose innovative solutions to address them.
• Foster a culture of volunteerism and community engagement within our organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as community development, social work, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community programme leadership or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in planning and executing community initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the community and committed to our organization's mission and values.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Willingness to volunteer and work without a salary.
