PT Sawit Cendana is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our employees and guests. This is a full-time position based in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The salary range for this position is Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Manage food inventory and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.,Prepare cost-effective and delicious meals.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience in managing kitchen staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to use kitchen equipment and tools effectively.
