📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with ECDA L1/L2 curriculum standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Utilize interactive educational tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and educators.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the preschool setting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• ECDA L1/L2 certification or equivalent early childhood education qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the needs of the preschool community.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Kidskloud, ClassDojo, or similar platforms.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
