📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist customers with product selection, application, and advice
- Ensure a clean and well-stocked retail environment
- Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote The Body Shop’s products and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support the store team with inventory management and restocking
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic beauty care products and services
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
