📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.,Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
