Develop and implement people and operations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our people and operations processes.,Work with HR and operations teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our people and operations processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people and operations management.,Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of our people and operations processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People and Operations Analyst or similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes.
