📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
