📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with insurance and reinsurance activities.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure effective risk management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
