📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
