📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet standards.,Train and develop production team members to improve skills and performance.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.,Experience with ERP or MES systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
