📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring it is spent efficiently and effectively.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
