📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement menu plans, considering cost, quality, and customer preferences.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure high-quality food production by maintaining strict standards for hygiene and food safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen teams and ensuring food safety and quality.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
