• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all workshop outputs meet industry standards.
• Optimize production processes and machinery to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of workshop equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.
• Monitor workshop performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in workshop management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of workshop management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
