📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.

Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.

Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.

Assist with reservations and room assignments.

Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and security of the front desk area.

Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
