In this role, you'll work closely with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure that goods are cleared efficiently and in accordance with international trade laws. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and submission of customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international customs regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customs clearance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in the organization and execution of customs training sessions for staff.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customs clearance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international customs regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid Customs Clearance Specialist certification is a plus.
