📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage direct contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of materials and services, working closely with procurement and project teams.
• Inspect and quality-check incoming materials and services to ensure they meet our standards.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers, working to maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts, deliveries, and inspections using our in-house system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract status and supplier performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our supplier management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or supplier coordination.
• Proven track record of managing direct contracts and supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
